     Carter W. Flygare, President of CFI and Chief Pilot has been providing Flight Training in the Sacramento area since 1964, holds the Gold Seal Flight Instructor Certificate and has more than 49,000 flight hours . CFI is located in the Terminal Building at the Executive Airport in Sacramento. It is our goal to provide superior service, well-maintained aircraft, and the finest flight instruction available. We have NO club membership, NO monthly dues and NO hidden fees or charges. We offer instruction for: Private Pilot Certificate, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot Certificate, Multi-engine Rating, Certified Flight Instructor-Airplane, Certified Flight Instructor-Instrument, Certified Flight Instructor-Multi-engine and Airline Transport Pilot Certificate. We have a Professional Pilot program for the career oriented individual. We teach in our aircraft or yours. We do Instrument Proficiency Checks, Flight Reviews and Tailwheel Endorsements.
